About the Accounts Executive Job

Job Title: Accountant Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support compliance and reporting activities. The candidate should have basic to good knowledge of accounting principles and be comfortable working with accounting software. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expense, receipts) Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bills Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) Assist in GST returns, TDS, and basic compliance work Support monthly and yearly closing of accounts Maintain proper documentation and financial records Coordinate with senior accountant/CA as required Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred) 1–3 years of experience in accounting (freshers with knowledge can apply) Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software Basic understanding of GST and TDS Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy Working Hours Full-time, Day shift 6 days working (Sunday off) Benefits Fixed salary with growth opportunities Supportive work environment On-the-job learning and skill development
