About the Freight Forwarding / International Logistics Job
We are hiring Sales Executives with experience in freight forwarding and international logistics (Export & Import). The role involves new business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets for logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance services.
Key Responsibilities

Generate new business for Export & Import logistics services

Identify and visit potential clients; lead generation through cold calling and networking

Prepare and negotiate quotations for Air, Sea (FCL/LCL), and Land Freight

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery

Maintain sales records and reporting using CRM tools
Requirements
-
2–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding / international logistics

Experience in Export & Import sales

Knowledge of Air/Sea/Land freight, customs clearance, and Incoterms

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge preferred
