About the Business Development Executive Job
Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive with strong communication and client-handling skills. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating with clients and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Connect and communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present and promote company services professionally.
- Convert potential leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Business Development or Sales.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
