Job Title: Telecaller
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to customers

  • Explain company products and services to clients

  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers

  • Maintain customer database and call records

  • Handle customer queries in a professional manner

  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

  • Coordinate with the sales team for client support

  • Build good customer relationships

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Confidence in talking with customers over phone

  • Positive attitude and convincing skills

  • Experience in telecalling or sales preferred
