About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting desktop systems, laptops, printers, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person.
- Install and update operating systems, applications, and antivirus software.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Configure email accounts and support Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
- Ensure data security and perform regular system backups.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
