About the Tele sales Job
Job Responsibilities:-
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products and services in a professional manner.
- Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects until closure.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.
Required Skills:-
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good negotiation and sales ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Candidate:-
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
