Job Title: AI Business Analyst
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical AI Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to identify business challenges, gather requirements, and implement AI and automation solutions that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI and digital transformation projects.
* Identify opportunities to implement AI, Generative AI, and automation solutions across business operations.
* Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and user stories.
* Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
* Analyze business processes and recommend AI-powered improvements.
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate implemented solutions.
* Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions.
* Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
* Communicate project updates and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support end-users during implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
Required Skills:-
* Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and Agile/SDLC processes.
* Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and business automation.
* Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, and workflow documentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting tools.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications:-
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or AI Business Analyst.
* Certifications in Business Analysis or AI technologies will be an added advantage.
