About the Basic Life Support Paramedic Job
Job Title: Ambulance Paramedic
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary:-
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Ambulance Paramedic to provide emergency medical care and support to patients during transportation. The ideal candidate should be capable of responding quickly to emergency situations, administering first aid and life-saving interventions, and ensuring safe patient transfer while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls.
* Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate pre-hospital emergency medical care.
* Administer first aid, CPR, oxygen therapy, and other life-saving procedures as required.
* Monitor patients' vital signs during transportation.
* Assist in safely transferring patients to and from hospitals or healthcare facilities.
* Maintain accurate patient care records and incident reports.
* Ensure ambulance equipment, medicines, and medical supplies are well-stocked and functional.
* Follow infection control protocols and maintain cleanliness of the ambulance.
* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, hospitals, and emergency response teams.
* Comply with all healthcare, safety, and emergency response regulations.
Required Skills:-
* Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and patient care.
* Proficiency in CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Life Support (ALS) (preferred).
* Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Physical fitness and ability to lift or move patients safely.
* Basic knowledge of medical equipment used in ambulances.
Qualifications:-
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Paramedical Science, Emergency Medical Technology (EMT), or a related field.
* Valid BLS certification is mandatory; ALS certification will be an added advantage.
* 1–3 years of experience in ambulance services, emergency care, or hospital emergency departments.
* Valid driving license (preferred, if required for the role).
