Job Summary:-
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anesthesiologist to provide safe and effective anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. The ideal candidate will assess patients before surgery, administer anesthesia, monitor vital signs throughout procedures, and ensure optimal recovery through comprehensive perioperative care.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and review patients' medical histories.
* Develop individualized anesthesia plans based on the patient's condition and surgical requirements.
* Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia safely and effectively.
* Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and physiological status during surgical procedures.
* Manage airway support, pain control, and emergency resuscitation when required.
* Provide post-operative pain management and monitor patients during recovery.
* Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Maintain accurate medical records and anesthesia documentation.
* Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and medical regulations.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in anesthesiology and critical care practices.
Required Skills:-

Qualifications:-
* MBBS with MD/DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
* Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the State Medical Council.
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in a hospital or surgical center.
* Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
