About the Hearing Aid Specialist Job
Job Title: Audiologist
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary:-
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Audiologist to assess, diagnose, and manage hearing and balance disorders. The ideal candidate will conduct hearing evaluations, recommend appropriate treatment plans, fit hearing aids, and educate patients on hearing healthcare while ensuring high standards of clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Conduct comprehensive hearing and balance assessments using audiometric equipment.
* Diagnose hearing loss and other auditory disorders.
* Recommend and fit hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
* Counsel patients and their families on hearing health, hearing aid usage, and rehabilitation.
* Perform hearing aid programming, adjustments, repairs, and follow-up evaluations.
* Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with ENT specialists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients on preventive hearing care and hearing conservation.
* Ensure audiology equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in audiology and hearing technology.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of audiology assessment techniques and hearing rehabilitation.
* Proficiency in operating audiometric testing equipment.
* Experience in hearing aid fitting, programming, and troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
Qualifications:-
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology (BASLP/MASLP or equivalent).
* Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), where applicable.
* 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, hearing clinic, or healthcare setting.
* Experience with digital hearing aids and audiology software is preferred.
