Job Title: Billing Executive
Salary:₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary:-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive to manage billing operations, generate invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely processing of payments. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, experience with billing software, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Generate and process invoices accurately and on time.
* Verify billing data, pricing, and payment details.
* Maintain billing records and update customer accounts.
* Coordinate with the accounts, sales, and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
* Process credit notes, debit notes, and payment receipts.
* Reconcile invoices with payments and maintain accurate financial records.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
* Handle customer billing queries professionally and efficiently.
* Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
Required Skills:-
* Strong knowledge of billing procedures and invoicing processes.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar).
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:-
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or finance.
* Knowledge of GST billing and basic accounting principles will be an added advantage.
