 Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Language Trainer to conduct engaging language training sessions and help learners improve their speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and overall communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct individual and group language training sessions.
* Assess learners' current language proficiency and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop structured lesson plans and training materials.
* Improve learners' speaking, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
* Conduct interactive activities, role plays, discussions, and practical exercises.
* Provide regular feedback and track learner progress.
* Customize training methods according to individual learner needs.
* Conduct assessments, tests, and practice sessions to measure improvement.
* Maintain attendance, performance records, and training reports.
* Encourage learners to actively participate and build confidence in communication.
* Stay updated with effective language-learning and teaching methodologies.

 Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a relevant language field.
* 1–3 years of experience in language training, teaching, or communication skills training.
* Excellent command of the language being taught.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good presentation and classroom-management abilities.
* Patient, motivating, and learner-focused approach.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with online training tools.
* Ability to conduct both offline and online training sessions is preferred.
