Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to fulfill company hiring requirements. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple profiles Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports Follow up with candidates till joining Post job openings on job portals and social platforms Maintain daily calling and hiring targets Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred) 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply) Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation Working Hours Full-time, Day shift 6 days working (Sunday off) Benefits Fixed salary + performance incentives Growth opportunities in HR domain Supportive and learning-oriented work environment
