Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive for field-based recruitment in Delhi. The main responsibility is to hire delivery boys, with a target of 60 joinings per month. This role requires daily field work and candidate coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct field recruitment across Delhi for delivery boys

Achieve a monthly hiring target of 60 delivery boy joinings

Source candidates through field hiring, referrals, vendors, and local networks

Coordinate interviews, document verification, and onboarding

Ensure timely joining through regular candidate follow-ups

Maintain recruitment trackers and submit daily/monthly reports

Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning
Requirements

Bike is mandatory for field movement

Experience in bulk hiring / field recruitment preferred

Willingness to work in the field and meet targets

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
