Job Title: Field Recruiter
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Visit different locations for bulk hiring and recruitment drives
Hire candidates for warehouse, picker packer, loader, and helper roles
Conduct candidate screening and basic interviews
Coordinate with HR team for joining and documentation
Source candidates through field visits, job camps, and references
Maintain recruitment data and daily hiring reports
Handle candidate follow-ups and joining process
Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Ability to travel for field hiring
Basic computer and mobile handling knowledge
Experience in field recruitment preferred
