Job Title: Receptionist

Job Responsibilities
Welcome and attend visitors professionally
Handle incoming calls and transfer them to concerned departments
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Manage front desk operations and office coordination
Respond to emails and basic client queries
Maintain office files and documents
Support administrative and HR-related tasks
Ensure a clean and organized reception area
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Experience as a receptionist preferred
