Job Title: Receptionist
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time


Job Responsibilities


  • Welcome visitors and clients professionally

  • Attend incoming calls and transfer them to concerned staff

  • Maintain visitor records and appointments

  • Handle front desk and office coordination work

  • Respond to emails and customer inquiries

  • Maintain office files and documents properly

  • Support administrative and office tasks

  • Keep the reception area clean and organized


Requirements


  • Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

  • Professional behavior and positive attitude

  • Good communication and multitasking skills

  • Fresher and experienced both can apply
